Both offices are staffed Monday through Friday. Public terminals are available for viewing records at no cost. The Middle District serves 69 counties across central and southwest Georgia. Chief Judge Austin E. Carter and Clerk Kyle George manage court operations. For Talbot County, Columbus is the more practical choice for in-person visits.

Exemptions for Talbot County Bankruptcy Filers
