Federal Court Serving Brooks County

The Middle District also holds hearings in Thomasville and Valdosta. Both locations are closer to Brooks County than Macon, but they are only staffed when hearings are scheduled. Georgia Exemptions for Brooks County

Georgia requires its residents to use state bankruptcy exemptions. Federal ones are not available. O.C.G.A. 44-13-100 covers the details.
